Terms of Service
This is a plain-language template and not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a solicitor before relying on it.
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of gab (“gab”, “we”, “us”), a service operated from Ireland that helps you turn a short video into a secondhand listing and shareable assets. By using gab you agree to these terms.
Who can use gab
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Your account
You can use gab as a guest or create an account by email or Google sign-in. Keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your content and listings
You keep ownership of the videos, images, and text you upload. You grant gab a licence to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service - including generating a listing, share card, and reel, and showing your published listing to visitors. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for the legality of the items you list.
AI-generated content
gab uses AI to draft listing text, prices, and condition notes from your video. These are suggestions. Review and edit them before publishing - you are responsible for the final listing.
Prohibited items and conduct
Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or dangerous items, or anything you are not legally allowed to sell. Do not use gab to harass others, infringe intellectual property, or post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
gab is a platform, not a party to your sale
gab helps you create and share listings. We are not the buyer or seller, we do not take payment or handle goods, and we are not a party to any transaction you arrange. Any sale, payment, delivery, or dispute is between you and the other person. Meet and transact safely.
No warranty
gab is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, gab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
Ending your use
You can stop using gab and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will change the “last updated” date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
